These are safe to put in the refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher.  The spill-proof "dual drink" lid features a straw holder (one way valve) AND a drinking spout.  These are great for small children (and messy people - lol!) in the house or car, at the beach, etc.  These cups are brand new and come directly from the original bulk packaging and have never been used.

This listing is for EIGHT (8) 12 oz. cups with lids.  They are approximately 4-3/4" tall without the lid and 4-1/2" with the lid.  These have been discontinued and can no longer be found in stores.
